Transferred Credit

If graduate level courses taken at other universities are to be credited toward the Ph.D. degree, an official transfer of credit form must be submitted to the Graduate School the student has completed six credits of graduate level course work as a degree - seeking student on the CU-Boulder campus with a 3.0 GPA. This credit must be transferred before the student makes application for candidacy. The transferred credits may not have been used toward a previously awarded degree. Up to 21 semester hours of credit for high quality work may be transferred subject to approval of COGSA and the Graduate School.
