Campus Facilities/Resources

Students are encouraged to interact with other departments on campus to advance their knowledge in particular areas of their graduate training. The Boulder campus has a structure of research institutes with international reputations: Co-operative Institute for Research in Environmental Sciences (CIRES), Institute for Behavioral Genetics (IBG), Institute of Behavioral Science (IBS), Institute of Cognitive Science, Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research (INSTAAR), Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA), and the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP).
