What to submit

University of Colorado Application Parts I and II
(Can be submitted online)
$50 Application Fee for domestic applicants; $70 application fee for international applicants - The fee can be paid online by credit card or a check made payable to the University of Colorado should be mailed to the department.
MCDB Supplemental Application for Graduate Admission. (Print out and mail to Department)
Three recommendation letters. Recommenders can complete the reference online or a hard copy letter can be mailed to the department.
Two official transcripts from each college attended should be sent to the department. Include transcripts for any schools where transfer credit was given.
Request the GRE General test results be sent to us. Submission of GRE Advanced (Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology; Biology, or Chemistry) is optional. Use School Code R4841; Dept.0206.  Please schedule a test that will allow score reports to reach CU by the application deadline.
INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS must also submit Official TOEFL Score (Requirement for MCD Biology is 600 (250) (100). Please use Institution Code 4841; Department Code 74.
