This will bring up the standard print and fax window, click the " + " indicated by the arrow.

Clicking that button will bring up the "Add Printer" dialog, You may notice that this window will have a "searching for new drivers" message in the bottom left corner (indicated by arrow in picture). Give this message a reasonable amount of time to disappear (2 mins max) before following the next steps.
When that finishes or 2 minutes have passed click the "More Printers" button indicated in the image below.

This will likely bring up a window telling you the system is "Searching for installed print drivers.."

That will bring up the non-standard printer addition window seen below. Drag the pulldown indicated by the arrow to match the one seen in the image below. You may again see a "searching for new drivers" message in this window, the option shown below may not appear unless the system has stopped scanning for new drivers. You may also need to give this message some time to complete.

Fill in the "Printer's Address:" box to match the one seen below. And click "Add".

That should bring you back to your main "Print and Fax" window with the new printer showing up in the list. If the settings from the printer match the image as below, you are all set and can now print to the department color copier.

When printng to this machine you will have to authenticate in the window seen below with your standard copy code in the "id" box and usually no password.

This printer has a smart page selection function to print in color only as necessary, however you will have to specify "Black and White" from the quality menu if you want a color document printed in black and white.
